We are open to applications from students enrolled in a study program/school that we have a collaboration with, with the requirement that you are insured by your school, or privately, during the entire internship/thesis work.
If we don’t we have a collaboration with your school, please put us in touch with your program manager.
We cannot take on students for a period of less than two months, or students who attend high school or are under the age of 18.
Given the content of some of our games, we only accept interns that are above 18 years of age. We cannot accept interns that don’t have at least a high school diploma.
We only accept applications for internships listed under our current opportunities, or via a school representative.
We do not offer paid internships. But as an intern you are treated as part of the team and will be invited to all company events, offered free breakfast and an opportunity to acquire new skills and grow.
We accept interns from Swedish schools & Universities and also from our EU partner schools.
You need to prove that you are insured in your country of origin during the internship (a liability insurance as well as an accident at work insurance). If you are relocating, you are responsible for covering the costs yourself.
Interns joining our studio are responsible for arranging their own accommodation.
Right now Massive is not part of any trainee program, but you can look for trainee opportunities within other Ubisoft studios via The Ubisoft Graduate Program. Keep your eyes open for future trainee programs at Massive on our careers page.
We have a strict NDA-setup, so if you are required to report to your school, you are responsible for making sure that the information shared does not compromise our NDA’s before accepting an internship with us.
